In a time of incredible uncertainty voice actors are still hard at work in their booths, making it possible for companies to effectively communicate their reactions and responses to the strange "new normal" we're all living with. Without face-to-face contact the power of the human voice is becoming more important than ever, with videos increasingly relying on animatics and homegrown footage since they can't film actors for more traditional spots. That puts more emphasis on the VO and makes it more essential than ever for companies to find a true "voice" for their brand.
Here are a few of my favorite examples. Note that this is an important time for a certain kind of voice talent to shine - those rare actors who can balance gravity, empathy, and hope for the future.
